This privacy policy explains how Neurvane (operated by Hristijan Zlatevski) collects and uses your information when you join the Neurvane Focus waitlist at neurvane.com.
This policy covers the Neurvane Focus waitlist website only. The Neurvane Focus Chrome extension is covered by its own separate privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we actively collect only the email address you submit. We do not collect names, payment details, or any other personal information. However, the services we use to deliver this site and form — Cloudflare, Google Fonts, and Brevo — may process standard technical data needed to operate them, such as IP address, browser information, request logs, and security metadata.
The role of each service is:
- Cloudflare — a Cloudflare Worker passes your email submission from the form to our email provider, and may process standard technical request data (such as IP address and request logs) to operate and protect that endpoint.
- Brevo — stores your email address and sends the waitlist and product emails you signed up for.
- Google Fonts — if fonts remain loaded from Google's CDN, Google may receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) as part of delivering the fonts.
Why we collect it
Your email address is used exclusively to:
- Notify you when Neurvane Focus launches on the Chrome Web Store
- Send occasional important updates about the product (new features, major changes)
- Respond to any questions you send us
We do not use your email for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties. The only providers that handle it are the ones described above — Cloudflare, which passes your submission to us, and Brevo (based in France), which stores it and sends the emails you signed up for. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the waitlist form from spam and abuse. Cloudflare may process standard technical data needed to verify that the form submission is legitimate.
How we store it
Your email address is stored securely in Brevo's contact database. Brevo is GDPR-compliant. You can read their privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist or as long as Neurvane Focus is an active product. If you unsubscribe, your email is removed from our list within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe at any time — every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link
- Request deletion — email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your data within 30 days
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
If you are in the European Union, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking scripts. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar analytics service. If fonts remain loaded from Google Fonts, Google may receive standard technical request data as part of delivering those fonts, as described above.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
